Kevin has spent the last 35 years in Financial Services, having worked with large, national firms before founding Landmark. His role is a strategic one, and he no longer advises clients.
His spare time is dominated by family and sport. He has two sons, Maxwell and Oliver, and they keep him and his wife, Sally, on their toes! Away from work, he travels regularly to his holiday home in Garda, Italy, and is an avid reader and sports fan, a now ex-rugby player and cricketer.
Robin joined Landmark in 2004 and has worked within Financial Services for over 25 years. Over the past 10 years he has focussed specifically on helping clients with their Investment & Pension planning needs. He holds the Diploma in Financial Planning along with the Advanced qualification in pension planning, additionally he acts as Landmark’s pension specialist. He is also qualified to provide advice in Long Term Care and Lifetime Mortgages.
He has lived in the Stamford area since childhood and has 3 children who have grown up in the area. He is happy to meet with clients at Warden’s House or at their homes to discuss their requirements.
Philip qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2004 whilst working for KPMG. Following that he held accounting positions in the City of London and latterly for a FTSE 100 Group. He joined Landmark in 2015 to combine his experience of accountancy with his passion for advising clients on their personal finances. He has a degree in Economics and achieved the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning as accredited by The Chartered Insurance Institute. As well as being a Financial Adviser, he is also the Finance Director at Landmark IFA.
Martin has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 30 years, mainly within the corporate banking sector and being responsible for building successful teams. After advising clients for many years, he moved on to hold many Senior Management positions, the latter being as a Tax and Trust specialist for Nationwide Building Society. In this role, he was responsible for the development of Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning advice across the UK. His role at Landmark is to ensure that our number of Advisers grows in accordance with the needs of our customer base, alongside the coaching and development of new Advisers joining the business. He also has a rolling invite to all Board meetings where he helps to Advise on key decisions and future strategy.
He is married to Lisa, who works as a Paraplanner supporting our Advisers. They have two children, Callum and Ciara, who both also work within the finance and property profession. When not working, he likes to spend time with the family enjoying days out, as well as indulging a keen hobby of keeping a large saltwater coral and marine fish tank.
Michael has spent the last 33 years in Financial Services, occupying many different roles with a variety of companies. He has enjoyed the challenges and rewards of working both as a Financial Adviser and at management level. His current role at Landmark involves ensuring we maintain the highest standards in the provision of advice to client's, and comply with the rules and regulations laid out by our regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority. He holds the Chartered Financial Planner qualification, the advanced level qualification of the Chartered Insurance Institute. This qualification is of great value in his work at Landmark as he spends a lot of time ensuring our advice to client's in the important and complex areas of Retirement and Trust and Taxation planning is of the required standard.
He am married to Sangeeta and has two teenage Sons', Rohun and Jaysol. They take their leisure time seriously and try to plan as many holidays and Theatre and Cinema visits as they can. They also enjoy walking in the countryside and playing and watching Cricket.
Paul has worked for Landmark for 16 years and has 35 years’ experience in Financial services as a fully qualified Independent Financial Planner. Specialising mostly in Retirement Planning and Investments, he works with individuals and companies to ensure they are invested and protected appropriately. His hobbies are travel (he’s been to 62 countries), walking, gardening and he’s sorry to say that he’s a Derby County fan.

Becky is a key member of the team and has worked for Paul for 7 years. She’s a very amiable person, extremely sociable, writes the reports and keeps the office running – she keeps us liquidated throughout the day with her tea & coffee making skills.
Tony has worked with Landmark since 2011 and has been providing financial advice for more than 15 years. He specialises in wealth management assisting clients in investments, pensions and inheritance tax mitigation. Within Landmark, he sits on the investment committee helping research the planning solutions the business recommends.
Ellen is a Chartered Financial Adviser with over 20 years’ experience providing financial advice. He specialises in wealth management assisting clients in investments, pensions, later life planning and inheritance tax mitigation. Kate has worked with Landmark for ten years now and has more than 30 years’ experience in Financial Services. She is a Chartered Financial Planner and have a Fellowship in Financial Services. She also holds a degree in Organisation and Management Studies and the Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is happy to meet clients at our offices, their place of work or their home, whichever is appropriate. She is married with two daughters and in her spare time she likes longs walks and yoga.
Joining Landmark in 2013 with more than 20 years’ experience working in financial services. Dawn holds the Diploma in Financial Services, Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice and Certificate in Equity Release. She is happy to meet clients, at their home, workplace or our offices and do offer evening appointments if needed for working families.
Troy is located in Hertfordshire and has over 25 years’ experience and considerable expertise in all aspects of individual and corporate financial planning. He specialises in protection, investments, mortgages, retirement strategies and Employee Benefits.

Sheree has been in the financial services industry for 15 years now and has developed a wealth of knowledge from previous companies such as Halifax and Nationwide Building Society which led her to become an IFA with Landmark IFA Ltd from June 2017.
What she loves the most about what she does is building long lasting relationships with her clients and advising them through the different stages of financial planning. She provides clear, non-jargon advice that is personalised to each client. Her spare time is spent being a mum to her 3 year old son Archie and a wife of 13 years to her husband Ian. She also owns her own horse, Milly and dog, Tilly. If there’s any time to spare, she loves to socialise with her family and friends, eating out and going to the races.
Emma has worked in Financial Services since 2007. For the first 10 years she worked for Large Corporate Companies such as Lloyds Banking Group and Nationwide Building Society offering Financial Advice to Personal and Business Clients. However, in 2017 she decided to say goodbye to The Corporate World and join Landmark as an IFA. She prides herself on always placing my clients at the heart of everything she does. She believes that Financial Planning starts with listening to and understanding her clients. She is then able to research solutions which are tailor-made to meet their needs. In her view Financial Planning does not stop at the setting up of solutions. Therefore, delivering a high level of ongoing service and support is of utmost importance to ensure that her clients are looked after over the years and to ensure that their Investments move with them and their ever-changing lives.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with my family and friends. You can normally find Emma and her Husband going for long walks in the Norfolk Countryside and along the North Norfolk Coast.
Vicky started work in the financial sector on leaving school before becoming an Adviser in 2000. The early part of her career was spent with high street banks, initially the Halifax and then Nationwide, before becoming an Independent Financial Adviser in 2014.
She is able to provide advice in all areas of financial planning and enjoy building long term relationships with her clients. She has a passion for helping others to make the most of their money whether this is by building up regular savings and pensions, consolidating pensions or enhancing their wealth by making the right investments. She is also keen to help my clients to live comfortably through their retirement by providing at retirement advice.
She holds the Diploma in Financial Planning and is part way through additional voluntary qualifications to become a Chartered Adviser. She holds the industry Pension Specialist qualification.
Outside of work she enjoys the Norfolk coast and spending time with her young son and family.
Sadie has gained over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry working as an adviser at Nationwide Building Society from 2007 until joining Landmark in 2018. Shes enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and her focus is always on providing the best possible client experience. This involves understanding their priorities and objectives and explaining my advice in a clear manner, trying to avoid unnecessary jargon. She believes the ongoing advice and support to clients is crucial and the trust she builds has resulted in many long-lasting relationships and family referrals. She is able to advise in all areas of financial planning including Retirement, Wealth & Estate Planning as well as Protection.
Sadie lives in a village just outside of Ely but can travel to the clients home for convenience as well as conducting online appointments.
Chris has worked in the financial services industry for since 2002, providing advice since 2008 starting with Nationwide Building Society and then Landmark IFA Ltd from 2018. He made the decision to become an independent financial advisor and remains absolutely delighted to be representing Landmark IFA.
His role as an independent financial advisor is to help his clients make really smart choices about how to build and preserve their wealth and does that by listening to what’s important to them and what they would like to achieve. Once he understands his clients’ aspirations, he helps them achieve them by recommending and implementing financial plans using products sourced from the entire market. The suitability of these plans are reviewed on a very regular basis, thereafter, to ensure success and to ensure they remain suitable. The ongoing service he offers has helped me to build long lasting relationships with his clients, that has also led to many referrals to their family and friends.

Felicity has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, which forms the foundation of her expertise as a financial adviser. In the early stages of her career, she worked with Norwich and Peterborough Building Society, TSB Bank, and St. James's Place Wealth Management. Since joining Landmark as an independent financial adviser in 2019, she has been able to offer 'whole of market' advice.
She believes that to be an effective financial adviser, one must possess a strong sense of responsibility toward clients. This means utilising her knowledge, skills, and experience to enhance the likelihood of helping them achieve their financial goals. Building a strong and lasting relationship based on trust and transparency is essential.
Her goal is to offer lifelong financial advice based on the principles that have guided her career. She encourages clients to schedule regular reviews to keep their financial plans relevant as their lives change. During these reviews, she can adjust portfolios to better align with their evolving circumstances.
When Felicity is not working, you can often find her exploring the outdoors—whether on a river, at the coast, or deep in the woods—with her partner, Chris, and their Whippet by their side.
My entire career has been in financial services starting at Norwich Union (now Aviva) winding up old defined benefit pension schemes to 17 years with Lloyds banking group and Halifax, from there I decided to move to more personal “face to face” financial planning with clients and joined the team at Landmark. I pride myself on always being there for clients and am a true advocate of the building long term relationship and trust with my clients. I believe that financial planning starts with listening and understanding my clients so that I can research tailor-made solutions to meet their needs. Based in the heart of Norfolk where I have lived most of my life, I enjoy running and have recently found a new love for boxing. I enjoy a day out at the beach with my family and reading a good thriller when the house is quiet and children asleep.

Peter has been a financial planner since 1999 working with individuals, families, trustees and attorneys as well as small and owner managed businesses helping them to understand and improve their current and future financial circumstances. In 2016 he attained Fellowship of the Personal Finance Society - the highest level of qualification available to financial advisers in the UK. In 2011 he completed the degree level Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning including pension, tax and trust qualifications and attained Chartered Financial Planner status. This means that he is able to provide advice on and implement a broad range of solutions from simple investments to deeply technical financial plans encompassing pensions and tax planning, complex inter-generational estate planning and trusts.
I gained an MA from Edinburgh University (French and Business Studies) and then had a successful career in the City of London as a bank analyst. I became a top-five bank analyst in a global investment bank and went on to become a managing director and head of a significant team of analysts at one of the world’s largest rating agencies. I left the City in 2011 to build an asset management business in Stamford. I have a Chartered Insurance Institute diploma in financial planning enabling me to advise private clients on pensions, investments, protection and estate planning. I was appointed as a Governor at Stamford Endowed Schools in 2011, sitting on the Finance and Estates’ Committee and I am the Governor responsible for boarding. I am a former pupil of Stamford High School and my three daughters have been educated at the Stamford Endowed Schools. I have a passion for horse riding and enjoy cycling, gardening and entertaining. I speak fluent French and love to spend time with my family in France.
I graduated from the University of Leicester in spring 2023 with a 1st Class honours degree in financial economics. Bobby has been working in financial services since 2003 for various private banks and global investment management companies.
At the beginning of 2019, he decided to leave the city and use his qualifications and knowledge to focus on providing financial advice, and hasn’t looked back since! He has completed the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and was awarded the title of Chartered Financial Planner in 2021.
Bobby enjoys building relationships with his clients, and getting to know what is important to them. Being able to genuinely help and guide people through life’s ever changing ups and downs is what Bobby likes most about the job; whether it be planning for retirement, protecting our nearest and dearest, or investing for the future.
Outside of work Bobby enjoys spending time with his wife, Laura, and their two sons Ben and Harry, who are football mad, West Ham fans! Other hobbies include listening to music, going to the gym, and socialising with friends and family.
Lloyd is an experienced senior financial advisor having been involved in Investment Banking and Financial Services for over 35 years. He was a bond trader during his Investment Banking career starting with Toronto Dominion Bank before moving to UBS Bank where he spent most of his banking career rising to Director Level in the bond trading division. He moved to an advisory role in 2007 and holds the Diploma in Financial Planning.
His City experience, knowledge of investments and investment markets enables him to help clients understand things more clearly, especially when markets become volatile, and uncertainty occurs. He believes this has helped him create a comprehensive and loyal client base over many years which has allowed them to fulfil their financial aspirations, and to also guide them when difficult and delicate matters arise in their lives.
He advises in all areas of financial planning with a focus on investment and pension/retirement planning as well as financial protection and estate planning. He is also qualified to provide Equity Release Advice.
Outside of work, Lloyd is a keen golfer and likes to spend time with family and friends especially on holiday!
Paul started working for Natwest in 1980 on the retail banking side before eventually being persuaded to go into the financial advisory role in 1991. He started off as a Personal Financial Adviser before promotion to a Personal Financial Planning Manager dealing with high net worth clients. Paul moved from Natwest in 1998 as their direction with bank assurance changed and he got headhunted to join Woolwich Building Society, involved in setting up a mortgage and account based advice service called Open Plan Services. Furthermore, Paul spent two years or so with them before being introduced to Joseph Lamb Independent Financial Advisers where he spent 21 years before being taken over by Kingswood Group Plc, and continued to work for a further two years.
The most important thing for Paul is his clients and how he looks after his clients, guiding them through all aspects of personal financial advice.
Outside of work Paul has been involved with most sports but in particular playing and coaching football at semi professional level, which includes clubs like Dover Athletic, Bishop’s Stortford, Grays Athletic, Tilbury, Aveley and Romford to name a few. Probably the biggest achievements according to Paul was reaching the 3rd round of the FA Cup with Dover Athletic, beating Gillingham and Aldershot on the way, before losing to Huddersfield as well as reaching the Conference South play offs with Bishop’s Stortford.
Liam’s experience as an Independent Financial Adviser is underpinned by 5 years working in the financial services sector. Liam started his career working for the largest wealth management company in Europe and in 2022 stepped away from this to move into the independent advice market.

Nicky has over 10 years experience in Financial Services and is working towards further qualifications to support her current role.
Freddie joined Landmark in May 2024 as a Financial Administrator. Previously, he worked as a trainee accountant after graduating from The University of Kent with a BSc in Economics. His role at Landmark has allowed him to develop skills and pursue aspects he enjoyed studying at university. He is aiming to complete his Diploma in Financial Planning having passed the R01 exam, after which he looks to progress towards working as a paraplanner then finally an adviser.
Rugby is his main passion outside of work, playing for Stamford Rugby Club and supporting Leicester Tigers.
Sarah joined Landmark in July 2024, having previously worked in financial services for 3 years, and prior to that in training and teaching. She revealed that working at Landmark has taught her more in 6 months than her previous 3 years experience, and praises the team for being very experienced and full of up-to-date knowledge. Her career goals are to pass her exams and achieve Paraplanner status at Landmark.
She loves to learn new things and new systems, watching 80/90s films, and spending time with her family.
